Elizabeth Grandsaert is an artist with a diverse background and a passion for community engagement. Born in Mountain View, California, she obtained her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from UCLA. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked in various cities, including Los Angeles, New York, New Orleans, Paris, Berlin, and San Francisco.

Her professional journey has been shaped by her experiences in project management and fabrication within the realms of film, fashion, and events.

In 2016, Elizabeth embarked on a new venture: she purchased a run-down farmhouse and established a permaculture homestead known as the Pony Farm. From 2016-2020, the Pony Farm ran as a private residency program, which enabled low-income artists to exchange garden work for short-term rentals. Her outstanding contributions earned her multiple grants from esteemed institutions such as the Center for Cultural Innovation and the California Arts Council.

    Elizabeth's journey as an artist and advocate reflects her unwavering commitment to creativity, community, and positive change.
